Nutec is a fiber board that is manufactured. It is created by combining short fibers with cement and compressing the mixture to create a sheet. The finished board can be handled just like any other cement surface and is incredibly strong and long-lasting.

Actually, Nutec is a brand name for a very superior cement fiber board that meets all applicable SABS requirements. On Wendy houses and garden sheds, the boards are used as cladding in place of conventional pine boards.

Both Wendy Houses and Nutec houses will last longer and require less upkeep than conventional pine-clad buildings, but building a Nutec house will cost more up front.
